Working from Home

We realize many of you might be working from home during this pandemic. GroupLink is offering FREE Technician Licenses through March 31, 2021 or when this pandemic is over. Please email Kathryn Thomas for an updated license.

Below we have compiled changes we have helped customers with and some that you might want to consider. We also found a website to be helpful if you are need outside resources while adjusting to working from home.

There are 4 different filters, Recommended, Work, Education and Covid-19

Helpdesk Changes if Necessary:

  • Allowing email addresses from outside your network to submit tickets. To make this change, log on as the Admin, go to Mail. Edit the incoming mailbox, change the setting for emails from non-users
  • Taking off the ‘View Ticket’ link on each email. To make this change, log on as the Admin, go to Mail. Uncheck the box next to ‘Send ticket link on email notification’.
