Kathryn Thomas
Director, Customer Success

Kathryn is a customer’s first point of contact for product Training, Consultation, Configuration, Workflow and Business-Process design questions. She loves to show customers how to use eHD and provide information as quickly as possible. She enjoys spending time with family and watching every Chicago Cubs game. Go Cubs Go!

Andrea Pillsbury
Customer Administration Success

Andrea is a customer’s first point of contact for administrative matters (e.g., licensing, billing, financing, process paperwork, etc.) and questions regarding service contracts, RFI’s and RFP’s, etc. She enjoys helping Customer’s with their accounting and invoicing needs and in helping with many other things around the office. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two little kids.

Dan Cabrera
Customer Technical Success

Dan is a customer’s first point of contact for product technical questions. Dan’s main focus is the helpdesk from installation to configuration. Dan also supports ContactWise, eReferrals and SafestSchools. When away from the office, Dan enjoys making memories with his four children; snowboarding, golfing, volleyball, mountain biking and bowling.

Alex Balan
Customer Technical Success

Alex has been working with GroupLink for the past 3 years. He is second level support as well as one of our iOS/Android App Developer. When Alex is not troubleshooting or developing software, he enjoys spending time with his family.

The GroupLink Customer Success group also includes other team members in 2nd and 3rd level support, engineering and QA – with whom some of our customers engage within the customer support system. At this time our technical-success team is made up of the above, with 6 roles in Customer Success, 30 in software engineering and 7 in QA.
